Inhabitat light fixture competition

so Juan and I submitted this design for the above competition. Let's see if we get anything out of it. Thanks to Alex and Brett for their description edits....but we realized we could only have 500 characters so Juan had to cut out 2/3 of the initial thing. Ha.

Here's the description:
"Wire bound wooden crates are disposed of after the shipment of produce. The crates are light weight, inexpensive to manufacture, and can be flattened for storage. We repurpose the crates as an eco-friendly solution that incorporates them as the main armatures for an industrial-look light fixtures. The inspiration is a conceptual fusion of Mauer and Rauschenberg. The crate can be hung from the ceiling, clustered, or stacked on the floor to produce a dynamic environment of shadows."
